| 11:00 | Catering company, SRS and Iberian Events arrive for set up. | |
| 15:00 | Gib Flora arrive for decoration. | |
| 17:30 | Jazz band, entertainment and staff arrive. | |
| 19:30 | Guests begin to arrive through the George Don Gates where they will be greeted by our Mardi Gras stilt walkers, jugglers and ribbon dancers. Once at the Elliot memorial they will be entertained by our balancing act and enjoy welcome drinks of cava, Kir Royal, orange juice and canapés. |

| 19:30 | Saxophonist begins to play at the band stand, where there will be a light ball juggler and a second drinks station. This area will be decorated with candles and over a thousand fairy lights and garden lanterns. Over the dell bridge will be a second ribbon dancer, guiding the way to the amphitheatre. |

| 20:00 | Guests arrive through the garden area into the amphitheatre where 15 waitresses will be available for table service. | |
| 20:00 | Jazz band begins as guests start to enter the amphitheatre. A small selection of our most visual circus performers will be there throughout the evening to entertain your guests, including fire juggling, escapism, unicyclist and a fabric traipse artists. |

| 20:30 | Dinner is served. | |
| 22:00 | Dinner finishes, and the stage is cleared for the Brazilian band and dance area. Speeches and awards can take place. | |
| 22:30 | Your Brazilian band will entertain your guests, providing you with an hour and a half show including acrobatics, singing, fire dancing a capoira show and a feather dance with plenty of costume changes. | |
| 22:30 | A selection of Pitu Brazilian cocktails are handed out to guests in frosted glasses to enhance the atmosphere. | |
| 00:00 | All guests depart through signposted exits, where walkways to the Casino will be lit. | |
