250 people, Dinner Entertainment and fund raising event.

09:00 Lepanto Catering arrive for set up and decoration.
17:00 Iberian Events and all musicians arrive for sound check.
19:30 Guests are welcomed by toastmaster.
19:30 Guests arrive through the garden area to the right of the marquee where they are greeted with welcome drinks.
19:30 Saxophonist begins to play.
19:30 Guests are entertained throughout the evening by our magician, impersonator and comedian.
20:00 Canapés are served.
20:30 Guests are escorted to their tables for dinner.
20:30 Your singer begins once your guests have entered the marquee.
22:45 Dinner is served.

22:00 Dinner finishes, at this point any speeches, awards and the auction can take place.
22:30 Eazi K, your chosen band will entertain your guests, providing you with sounds of the 60's, 70's and 80's, and also some modern day favourites.
23:00 Two bars will be available for your guests to purchase their drinks.
00:00 DJ begins, a dance floor area will be provided for you and your guests to enjoy.
00:00 DJ ends, and guests depart at their leisure.
