| 17:00 | Iberian Events and all musicians arrive for sound check. | |
| 19:30 | Guests are welcomed by toastmaster. | |
| 19:30 | Guests arrive through the garden area to the right of the marquee where they are greeted with welcome drinks. | |
| 19:30 | Saxophonist begins to play. | |
| 19:30 | Guests are entertained throughout the evening by our magician, impersonator and comedian. | |
| 20:00 | Canapés are served. | |
| 20:30 | Guests are escorted to their tables for dinner. | |
| 20:30 | Your singer begins once your guests have entered the marquee. | |
| 22:45 | Dinner is served. | |
