| 19:30 | Final decorations to be arranged by event manager. Wax cylinders and flower arrangements for tables and luxury birthday balloons with decoration to complement the birthday theme. |

| 20:00 | On arrival guests will be greeted with a champagne welcome drink. Canapés are served White wine, red wine, beer and soft drinks are available. |
