Beach Acitivty Day Case Study and Testimonial
| Bet and Win International, Gibraltar, 17th July 2005. Beach day with games and BBQ lunch. Location: Alcaidesa beach, in conjunction with the Aldiana Beach Hotel and La Hacienda restaurant. Objective: To improve team relationships, and a fun day out for 80 staff. |

| Day One (Friday) | ||
| 10:30 | You will be greeted by our event manager at the coach car park on the Spanish side of the Gibraltar border and transferred by coach to La Hacienda, Alcaidesa. | |
| 11:00 | On arrival everyone will receive a welcome drink and a wristband, which will entitle them to soft drinks, water and juice from the chiringito on the beach until lunch. | |
| 11:15 | A welcome speech will be given by event manager followed by a health and safety briefing and an introduction by the activity company.(could you please remind everybody to bring sun screen/protection and any towels or beach wear they might require). | |
| 11:30 | Let the games begin! | |
| Team Building: | Equal teams of men, women and children will be selected at random by our instructors. A team leader will be selected within the team to ensure that everybody stays together and will be in charge of their teams. Scorecards will be provided. | |
| Game 1: | Throw off! (Frisbee). | |
| Game 2: | Get a move on! (Sack race). | |
| Game 3: | Test your skills (Cycling course). | |
| Game 4: | Imagination (Sandcastle build off). | |
| Game 5: | Kick the sand up (Whole team skipping together on one rope). | |
| Game 6: | Volleyball. | |
| Game 7: | Limbo. | |
| Game 8: | Tug of War. | |
| Points will be awarded for good times and skill. | ||
| 15:00 | Luxury BBQ lunch including all drinks from the bar in the restaurant patio area. | |
| 17:00 | Prize giving. | |
| 18:00 | Return coach transfer to Gibraltar border. | |
