Iberian Events charges a set fee on total event costs. This is an all-inclusive fee without any hidden extras. The non-refundable deposit will be shown as credit on the final invoice.
Our fee encompasses all organizational services: initial and all following consultations, being there on the day itself, all correspondence to and contracts with the suppliers, plus all our staff wages for the entire duration of the planning and implementation of the event itself – from start to finish.
In regards to outside suppliers, we can provide you with 2 different quotations for each aspect of the event so that you can choose to suit your budget. This also reassures you that we do not choose the most expensive quotes in order to increase our own fee.
The all inclusive fees are subject to change depending on outside factors up until the day we receive your signed booking form with the deposit.
The prices shown are correct at the date shown on the quote, but if our facility costs should increase significantly after acceptance of your booking resulting in increased charges we will notify you in writing of the increase as soon as possible and not later than 28 days before the event date. You may cancel in writing the reservation in whole or in part within seven days of such notification and we will refund the cost attributable to that part of the reservation cancelled.
Iberian Events are not held liable for any loss or damage of equipment. Iberian Events do not include any insurance for any events, entertainment or activities which are confirmed through us. Clients are liable to ensure that they have made sufficient insurance arrangements and take part in activities and events at their own risk.
